Cyli Support
Cyli supports optional setup, cycle and wellness logging, Calendar history, patterns supported by the records you choose to enter, reminders, privacy controls and supported language paths on compatible Apple devices. Cyli does not require or create a Cyli account.
Your setup and health records are stored in encrypted local app storage. You can edit individual records or use Delete all local Cyli data in Settings. That action affects the app's local data; it does not erase an email you sent, an independently retained screenshot, or an external file. Manual encrypted export/import and automatic cloud backup/restore are not available in this release. Cyli does not store personal health information in iCloud.
If your release includes the Cyli Apple Watch companion, selected records and delivery status can move directly between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using authenticated encrypted communication. This is not cloud backup and no Cyli health-data server receives the records.
Premium features and purchases are not available in this release. Deleting local Cyli data does not itself cancel any purchase that may be offered in a later release.
Cyli is for wellness and cycle awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, confirmed ovulation or emergency monitoring. Its ranges, confidence and patterns may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use Cyli to prevent pregnancy or make urgent medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
