1. Provider and agreement
Cyli is provided by Sule Arslan, an individual provider. Contact: support@cyli.app; a postal address is supplied on request. By downloading or using Cyli, you agree to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these supplemental Terms. Mandatory law and the Apple Standard EULA control if these Terms conflict with them.
2. Eligibility and license
You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms in your location. Subject to those requirements, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cyli on supported Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA and App Store rules.
3. Wellness-only service
Cyli supports personal wellness and cycle awareness. It is not a medical device or healthcare service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, confirmed ovulation, emergency monitoring or guaranteed fertility or pregnancy outcomes. Its estimates, ranges, confidence and patterns depend on limited user-provided history and may be incomplete, unavailable or wrong. Do not use Cyli to prevent pregnancy or make urgent medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or decisions; contact local emergency services in an emergency.
4. Local data and availability
You choose what to record and are responsible for access to your device and for reviewing your entries. Local data may be lost through deletion, device loss, corruption, key loss, reinstall, unsupported migration or service failure. Manual encrypted export/import and automatic cloud backup/restore are not available in this release. Cyli does not store personal health information in iCloud. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
5. Accounts, purchases and external services
Cyli creates no Cyli account. Premium purchases, subscriptions and trials are not available in this release. Apple services, the App Store, your device, email and website hosting are governed by their providers' terms and privacy notices. Deleting Cyli or local app data does not itself cancel a store subscription.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use Cyli unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with operation, or violate another person's rights. Do not reverse engineer or redistribute Cyli except where applicable law expressly permits it. Cyli's software, branding and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Responsibility and consumer rights
Cyli includes the warranties and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyli is provided without additional warranties and Sule Arslan is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Ending use, law and changes
You may stop using Cyli and delete local app data at any time. We may restrict use for material unlawful misuse where permitted by law. Ending use does not erase support email retained under the Privacy Policy or cancel a store subscription. Mandatory consumer law in your place of residence remains unaffected. We may update these Terms for legal, security or product changes and will provide any notice required by applicable law. Effective date: 2026-09-21.
